Damage Deposit is $1000. Paid within 24 hours of booking. It is cash or certified cheque from the bank. The Rental is $400.00 and you get that for 8 hours. Your setup and cleanup must be done during that time. If you need additional time it will be $80.00 per house. Capacity in the main hall is 100. If you need the other room will be $310.00 for 8 hours. If you are having liquor you will be required to get the party liquor liability insurance. This is mandatory.
