Event Rental Space
​The Golden Years Society has space available for rent for birthday parties, social events and large gatherings.

Main Hall: Capacity 145
Back Hall: Capacity 35

Main Hall Rental: Chairs and tables are included and can be arranged in advance prior to your rental for a fee of $40.00. Kitchen is included in the rental, plates cutlery, Coffee Carafes, Tea kettle, glasses and mugs, stove top and food warmer fridge and freezer. (items not listed will not be provided)

Back Hall Rental: Chairs and tables are provided and can be arranged in advance prior to your rental for a fee of $40.00. Kitchen is not included.
Additional Information
We require a $1000.00 damage deposit on our rental space. Liquor service or sales require a liquor license and liability insurance. All audio/visual equipment must be supplied by the renter.
We offer a discounted rate for non-profit organizations hosting meetings and workshops. Social events are rented at our regular rates.
