Our goal is to provide older adults (55+) in Fort McMurray with opportunities to enhance their quality of life by keeping active and engaged through regularly activities, special events and social gatherings. We offer a variety of different activities that appeal to seniors of every age, interest and fitness level – from exercise, arts and crafts, music, education, games, trivia and much more!

 

 Our membership is open to all 55+ for a yearly membership of only $20.

 

Founded in 1976, the Golden Years Society is a non-profit organization that is funded primarily by fundraisers organized by our very own members.

We are privileged to have been provided funds from various funders and sponsors throughout the year.

We rely on the dedication of a group of incredible volunteers and small staff to operate.
